Maybe you've had a few goes, you can ride whitewater, and going for green waves still feels like a big step. Either one is fine — Stage 1 covers a lot of ground and this week is built around all of it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe'll be working on your pop-up until it's muscle memory and you don't have to think about it, your paddling technique so you're not exhausted twenty minutes in, and getting comfortable in the ocean — including getting more relaxed about taking a wave on the head.
